He listened to my needs and concerns then addressed them with creative solutions to really assist me with this unexpected and large project. Jordan and the company kept me informed during the entire process with our agreement, financing, engineering, permitting start dates and completion as scheduled in-between storms! Jordan overdelivered as he helped onsite and was there to ensure I was happy at completion. WILL AND HIS CREW – RYAN AND TAY, ON SITE, WE AWESOME TOO! Will took over where Jordan left off to get this big job done. These guys really listened to me and treated my home like it was their own. They went out of their way to address my concerns and save me time and money to rebuild the finishing touches back in my home. This entire process went as planned and discussed. My experience with Alpha was great. My home is over 100 years old and has always had issues with settling and cracks. Recently some things had gotten worse. I called Alpha and Cody came out to inspect and do some measurements. We scheduled the installation of jacks under some of the beams to prevent further damage. The crew arrived to do the install, we discussed what they would be doing. They were all wonderful. Very efficient and professional. I would definitely recommend Alpha. Thank you Cody, Kyle Drew and Max!!

Overall was an easy and smooth process. 1st crew to install push pilings with Maximos, Wilkinson and Peterson and the 2nd crew to fill voids with Thomas and Felix did a great job, kept everything neat and organized, placed everything back in place and the guys were very professional. Job site was left clean with no complaints. Only issue I have was a slab that was discussed at the inspection that was supposed to be leveled and void filled which was talked about, did not some how make it apart of the job. Being beside another slab to get filled didn’t make sense why it wouldn’t have been listed on the contract.

Alpha Foundations was GREAT to deal with. Zach Long was my inspector and he did an "above and beyond" job of inspecting my 1925 historic home and cottage. His inspection included two exploratory trips into my crawlspace with pictures, explanations, and recommendations following each (on the same visit). As well as a follow up visit (on a different day) where he literally dug around my cottage foundation to try and sort out what the existing conditions were. There was no hesitation on his part to do any of this work. On top of that, he went to great lengths to explain and then brainstorm on which foundation repairs might provide the best solution for my specific situation. This included calls to his colleagues who had experience and might provide additional solutions. This along with multiple follow up calls, texts, and emails with pictures, additional information, etc showed me that Zach and Alpha Foundations care, want to ensure customers feel comfortable, and make sure the right solutions are recommended for the specific situation. These days, this type of customer service is unheard of. If you are in need of any foundation repairs or think you might be, I would highly recommend Zach and Alpha Foundations!

They were able to do the work that was required very efficiently and meticulously. All the staff were great: Steven, Brandon and Chris installed the piers, David, Jonah, and Antoine did the crawl space, then Garrett and Hector were the poly crew. We had our crawl space encapsulated and a sump pump and dehumidifier installed in our 1985 home. Ben and his team did an excellent job and were professional and courteous throughout the installation. The reason for the four-star review is related to communication and scheduling. We first contacted Alpha Foundations on September 26. Our inspector, David, was friendly and knowledgeable, and we agreed on the scope of work and paid our deposit. The job was originally scheduled for November 17, however no one arrived that day and we did not receive a call. After reaching out, we were informed that the permit had been delayed due to county approval issues. Based on county records, it appeared the permit had not been submitted in a timely manner. The job was ultimately rescheduled and completed on December 29 without issue. The company did attempt to move the installation up sooner, but we were unable to accommodate due to holidays and vacation plans. Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the work and the installation team. My only disappointment was the lack of communication and follow-through leading up to the install date.

I want to share my positive experience regarding the recent repairs to my home’s foundation. After discovering that my foundation was cracking due to the builder's use of organic fill, I chose Alpha Foundations to address the soil collapse. I want to personally commend David W., the Certified Field Inspector. He was incredibly professional and thorough, explaining the technical measurements and the causes of the various cracks in my home. He answered all of my initial questions and remained available via text and phone for any follow-up concerns I had. I also want to recognize the installation team—Steven, David P., and Aaron—who completed the job today. Steven was professional and kept me well-informed regarding their arrival time. He clearly explained the procedure as he walked the property with me. David P. and Aaron were polite and respectful of both the property and the environment while digging the holes. They answered my many questions throughout the process and ensured that all holes were filled, concrete was poured where necessary, and all materials were cleared away. All four individuals I interacted with—David W., Steven, David P., and Aaron—represented Alpha Foundations with a high level of professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service.

Colin came out and did our inspection and provided us with a lot of information regarding our crawl space/measurements within our house and next steps. He was very kind and prompt. Within a month we had Brett, Matt and Matt come out to complete the encapsulation of our crawl space. We were provided updates throughout the whole process as well as pictures of the work. Even with all of their material, they always kept our yard clean and free of debris. Any questions or concerns we had were answered and everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Alpha Foundations, specifically with two outstanding employees—Tory and Blake—who came out this morning to address a sidewalk issue at my property. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done right. Tory and Blake arrived on time and immediately got to work, assessing the situation with impressive attention to detail. They took the time to explain the process to me, ensuring I understood the repairs and what was needed. Throughout the job, they were respectful of my property and worked efficiently, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. What really stood out was their dedication to quality. They not only repaired the sidewalk but made sure it was level and safe, taking extra care to ensure everything was done to the highest standards. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and their expertise really showed. I can't say enough about how great Tory and Blake were. I called Alpha Foundation off of Google and I’m so grateful I did! I’m a single female yet Sterling (my field inspector) was very helpful Extremely Knowledgeable professional personable and Honest! Sterling answered and easily explained all of my concerns. I do not need any assistance now yet he explained what to look for if there are any concerns and took pictures as a base. This was done as a free inspection I even offered him a payment as he put my mind at peace and he said it’s no charge! I’m so grateful for Sterling and Alpha Foundation I’m so glad I called! He had about 70 feet of sidewalk to level back up and when he was done it looked great plus he did a fabulous job cleaning up. Would definitely recommend Alpha! I had a good bit of work done to the crawlspace of my home – five jacks, two sistered joists, and a drain system with sump pumps installed. From the start I felt really comfortable with Alpha. My salesperson, Zack Long, was excellent and so helpful with all the questions I had. The team followed up with me the week before the job started to let me know when they would arrive and to run over the specs. Keith, Miguel, and Jake could not have been more efficient throughout the whole install. Clean up was perfect and they added a few thoughtful touches that I really appreciated. Even more, since I had an electrician coming out the next day Keith and the team made sure the area where they’d be working was dry and clean so that part would go smoothly as well. I don’t think I could have asked for a better crew!Great experience start to finish. Thank you!

Short window of arrival time! Workers that came were kind and went above and beyond what was expected! David gave our estimate and was available whenever we had questions. Alpha Foundations did an amazing job. Malik, Antoine and Tammy did amazing on our encapsulation repair and on the structural repair we had done. We had multiple companies come and quote us and although Alpha Foundations was the most expensive option we felt they knew what they were doing and we felt comfortable using them for our project. We spent just about 30k and we are very pleased! The crew did great and made sure we were fully satisfied before they left. The process from when they arrived to our home to start and as well the clean up that made us feel like they truly cared about our home. They spent multiple days in a gruesome project and were very efficient. Barely even saw these guys take a break, they are amazing!!! I Would recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation repair.
