I recently had the pleasure of working with Alpha Foundations for the stabilization of my home's floors in Jacksonville, Florida. From the initial consultations with Matt and Joe to the exceptional work of the installation crew (Luke, Ryan, and Jordan), the entire experience was incredibly positive. Every interaction, from initial communication to the final installation, was marked by professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Joe and Luke were incredibly informative, patiently answering all my questions and addressing all my concerns. They clearly explained the process, considered my specific needs, and provided me with a clear understanding of what to expect. The installation crew Luke, Ryan, and Jordan, were skilled, efficient, and respectful of my home. They worked diligently and meticulously, ensuring a smooth and seamless installation. I was particularly impressed by the level of communication throughout the entire process. I always felt informed and involved, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly and effectively. Alpha Foundations has set a new standard for customer service and quality workmanship in my opinion. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of foundation repair or stabilization. I will undoubtedly be contacting them again for any future needs.

Great Company, very professional. Thank you TJ Landenberg, who was our first contact. He came to our home and looked at our issues and then educated us on the solutions. I had already done research myself so I knew that I was being given the correct information. We signed a contract to have the work completed. A week later The Alpha crew arrived at my property and went right to work. Zack, Omar and Jayden were very polite and professional and very respectful of the property. Zack communicated with us throughout the project. There is not enough good things to say about this company and their employees. I would use them again and highly recommend the company and the work.

Excellent experience with Alpha Foundations. Hired them to level a cracked driveway slab and address additional crack and other areas of potential future trouble. It was more than a repair and included injections to level one slab, and fill and reinforce areas below to prevent recurrence. Initial visit was thorough and got great explanation of scope of work and process. The day of the actual work — George and James — they were super professional, thorough and did an amazing job! Very pleased with the experience. It was not inexpensive but a great value that saved us from pouring new slabs. Highly recommend.
